1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The backpack must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after we inspect the item.

5. What materials are your backpacks made from?

Our backpacks are made from high-quality water-resistant polyester, nylon, and durable canvas. Many models feature reinforced stitching and YKK zippers for long-term reliability. Material details are listed on each product page.

6. Are your backpacks water-resistant?

Most of our backpacks are water-resistant and can handle light rain. For heavy rain, we recommend using a rain cover (not included unless specified).

7. Do your backpacks fit laptops?

Yes. Many of our backpacks include dedicated padded laptop compartments. Please check the product specifications for compatible laptop sizes (e.g., 13", 15", 16").

8. How do I clean my backpack?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, most backpacks can be hand-washed or gently machine-washed on cold. Always air dry and avoid bleach or high-heat dryers. Check the care label on your specific bag.

9. Do you offer different sizes?

Yes. We carry a variety of sizes:

10. Are the backpacks comfortable for all-day wear?

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

12. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

13. What if my backpack arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

14. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
